WAR EAGLE!! Well it is football season and my choice today was to celebrate my school's victory with a painting! Although some may not understand the "War Eagle", at Auburn University it is a tradition from many years ago. At most home games the beloved eagle will make a lap around the stadium, then return to his trainer. It still gives me chills when I see this before every game. Although the team mascot is not an eagle but a tiger ( I know it's confusing!!!) I just wanted to paint the helmet that goes into battle every Saturday for this beloved sport on the Plains of Auburn, AL!!!!
