Floating on down to a happy home! So happy to have a great family to love and care for my "Old Yeller" painting. It is always bittersweet when one of my favorites leaves me. I guess I better get busy painting some more boats, that's the SWEET part!! Thanks to the Family that purchased this painting, hope it brings you many years of enjoyment!

Gallery 104 Reception By Josephine Hardison

Vicki Dennis, on of the co-chairs (along with  Pam Tallman) visiting with quests. Great job they did getting it all together!!

Just inside the front door I am honored to greet you with one of my paintings!!

I know its hard to do, but if you can look past the food there is a sailboat painting of mine hanging out with the food!

And yes that's my painting hanging out above the doorway. Don't forget to look UP if you stop by!!
Thursday, August 8 was the
Opening Reception
at
Citizens Union Bank (next to Kroger)
2100 S. Hwy 53
LaGrange, KY 40031
What fun we had at our opening reception! CUB was very gracious and of course food was involved!!!  CUB is celebrating their 125 Anniversary by displaying the artwork from artists of Gallery 104, The Arts Association of Oldham County. Their lobby is filled with so many beautiful different pieces of art. There are watercolors, oils, glassware, mixed media, sculptures, folk art, .... OH MY, OH MY!!!!! So many choices, and the best part is it will be hanging out there until September 13. So stop by and check it out, you may just find something you want to take home with you. Oh did I mention it is all for SALE!!!!

My husband and I are scuba divers and this is from a photo of one of our favorite spots. Bonaire is a small Dutch island that is ALL about diving! There are so many shore diving spots, (where you can just walk in from the shore) that we can do 2, 3 or 4 dives a day! Of course our energy wears out before we run out of places to choose from!! Think I'll keep this one!

If you have a photo of your boat or favorite vacation photo, email it to me and I would be happy to paint you something for your home!
